Refund policy


Refunds or exchanges on returned, unworn merchandise ordered through our website up to 30 days after the order has been delivered.

To start the return & exchange process, follow the below steps:

  1. All returns must be submitted to contact@creativeandkind.com. Enter your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email and on your packing slip, as well as your shipping zip code or email address.
  2. Download and print your pre-paid shipping label and your return packing slip to send the product(s) back to us.
  3. When sending the product(s) back, include your printed return packing slip and original packaging (gift box and keepsake pouch) with the shipment. Please be sure to pack the items securely.

Please note that the below conditions apply to be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the tags still on and in the original packaging (including gift box & velvet keepsake pouch). The produc(s) which were unsealed after delivery aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Returns for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of delivery of the item.
  • Exchanges or returns for store credit must be submitted within 30 days of delivery of the item.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges of jewelry purchased from our website. If your item was purchased from one of our partners, please contact the retailer directly.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Returns & exchanges must meet the above criteria. Any items sent back that do not meet the above criteria will be returned at the customer's expense.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days after items have been received back for the refund to be processed. Please note that it may take longer for your credit card company to reflect the refund.

The returned products must be in the same condition as when received: no damage, no defects (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the customer in correspondence with creativeandkind.com). In the case of defective or damaged products, please send us, after submitting the return form, an email to contact@creativeandkind.com containing conclusive images of the defective or damaged product, along with a clear description of the problem.


All products you return must be in the same condition as you received them. We cannot accept products that have been degraded. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns). 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
